Pandžáb je indický štát nachádzajúci sa na severozápade krajiny. Hraničí s ďalšími indickými štátmi: na severe s Džammú a Kašmír, Himáčalpradéš na severovýchode, Čhattísgarh na východe, Harijána na juhu a juhovýchode a Radžastan na severozápade. Susedí aj s pakistanskou provinciou Pandžáb na západe. Hlavným mestom je Čandígarh, ktoré je zároveň administratívne samostatné zväzové teritórium.
